Help: Seeker 665 and EX665

I've been out of the rodbuilding habit lately, and have these Seeker blanks I ordered last year, but I forget what they'd be good for. Can anyone tell me if these would make decent wire-line trolling rods (striped bass/New England)? Are they too light? I pulled them from the rack and was puzzled as to what to do with them. THanks for any help you may have.

Scott,
Have you tried putting the name and model numbers in the search engine above and hitting the "All Dates" button to see if something comes up?

The 665 is a live bait blank rated at 20 (30) 50. The EX designation Is a new one on me so can't help you there. You might give Seeker a call and get the info from them. The 665 blanks run from 665 L 20 (25) 40 through 665 XH 40 (60) 100. All are listed as fast action live bait sticks.

Thanks guys! I was considering the slick butt and making them wire-line trolling rods but I had the feeling that the blanks would be better suited as a bait rod. Yes the EX is blue - Nice!
