guide spacing recommedation

Was wondering if anyone had the company specs for guide recommendation/spacing for a GLoomis 2 piece GL3 8-1/2ft - 5wt fly rod. I have checked the company website, emailed them
twice and left two messages for a return call---but no luck (so much for customer service!). Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

John,
If no one else pipes up I have it at the house. When I get off work I can e-mail it to you. Personally I'd put the guides on as described in the static distribution test article in the Library above.
Another source would be the St Croix site and the Sage site. The G Loomis spacing is the same no matter which blank you use, at least the Sage site shows that they change guide spacing and guide sizes depending on the blank used and it's intended purpose.

all the spec sheet will do is get you close. as spencer said do static test for accurate placement of your guides. figure out how many guides you will use tape them on roughly where you think they need to be . tie your line to something solid and low to the ground and start moving them where they need to be . go to the library link above and find the artical on static test and it will give lot better explaination
that i did . but it will help o whole lot
good luck
