Do you guys know of a source for solid fiberglas rods? I got a guy that wants me to build him a couple of offshore rods but he wants solid rods, not hollow. Thanks!

Try Jann's Netcraft, on the left. They have solid fiberglass. Ralph

If at first you don't succeed, go fishing, then try, try again.

I believe that both Batson Enterprises and American Tackle still carry solid fiberglass boat and trolling blanks.

Donnie, I have recently built several halibut rods on Batson's solid blanks. Good blanks and a good price point too.

Merrick has them. Summer Moon should be able to supply your needs.

They make great boat rods, heavy duty and won't crush. These blanks are not for the folks trying to save on grams of weight. I have several made up for use from my boat.
