Hi All,
I'm building a 9' 8wt saltwater rod and was going to use some Hopkins and Holloway hard chrome low rider guides. Just thought I'd check with you guys to see if this choice of stripping guide will be ok, in terms of corrosion etc - assuming, of course, I'll be washing the guides after use. Thanks in advance, Glen Re: Guides for a saltwater rod

I'm currently building a 9' 8 weight and I'm using single foot ceramic spinning guides. The ceramics will give you less friction when fighting a heavy fish, and I think, cast better . Re: Guides for a saltwater rod
