Lettering Method ?

what is/are best methods to add custom labels on graphite rods (blank, weight, maker) ? I've been using white ink with pen nibs covered with epoxy when done and find I'm not a good graphic artist ! Are there materials that I can computer print on or hand letter and then overlay onto rod blank before coating ? Other methods people use ?? I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

Thanks
Tony

Tony,
If your penmanship is not ver good, your best bet is to go to the Decal Connection. They are one of the sponsors on the left. They do a great job on almost anything you could possibly want, their turn around is fast and they are very inexpensive for what you get.

Another vote for DC, but if you can find the proper size dry transfer lettering, you can make your own using plain decal paper. Jannsnetcraft has some 12 point lettering sheets and DC has plain paper, both clear and with a white background.

Thanks, guys. Will investigate Decal's options and the Jann's site lettering pens sound worth a try ... maybe I can find my grade school hand writing text books and practice some more......

Appreciate your suggestions.
