12' Telescoping Crappie Rod

Good evening all!

I have been asked to locate (and had never seen one until last night) a 12' Telescoping Crappie Rod or in this case... pole. The darn thing closed up is about 3' long. Once telescoped out is a total of 12' long. The rod only has one guide on the tip. The line is connected to a tie off on the handle section and runs through the tip top. The rod is used like a cane pole.

Has anyone any information as to where I could locate such a contrapsion. I've got a client that wants one, but I don't have a clue as to where to start.

Thanks!

Regards......Doug@

Doug,
My local WalMart and Kmart carry these things. I've been looking at them everytime I go in there. Interesting contraptions. If you are interested, let me know and I'll get some more info on them and/or pick you up one or two.
