A W chalkstream light blanks

has anyone tried these blanks exspecialy the 9 foot 3/4 wt. any info would be most apprecieted

The Chalkstream blanks are moderate actioned, sweet casting and light weight. Great small to medium size stream blanks. Being only available in 1 or 2 piece I think kept them from the recognition they deserved.

I built this model for a customer and he thinks it's outstanding. Definitely moderate action, a good small-stream rod. I finished this with dk blue thread, white trim which was a nice match to the blank which is dark blue.

I think this is a great choice for a blank in the 3/4 wt range.
