Does anyone know if any of the new Winston blanks come with label or decal to idenfity the "future custom rod"?

Type Winston blanks in your search engine, you will come up with who sells them. Then you can ask.

The Winston blanks come with a small Winston logo sticker that id's the blank as a factory blank. There is no blank information on the sitcker such as length or line weight.
