Is it necessary to apply color preserver over the new waterslides from Decal Connection before my final coat of epoxy?
Thanks, Scott Re: CP & waterslides

Nope to CP. If you used the Micro Set and Micro Sol to get a professional appearance be sure to wait before applying finish. I have a set rule of 12 hours. If you use LS Supreme you may see a slight dimpling around the edges of the water slide on the first coat. A second coat will solve the dimples. I use Glass Coat on top of the waterslides and one coat will do fine. Decal Connection Forever!!

Thanks for the replies. I applied it on my lunch break and it looks really good................at least in my opinion. I'll put my last coat of finish on tomorrow night. I can't wait to see how it turns out. This is my first rod with waterslides and only my third rod to date. Is there a cure for the addiction?
Thanks, Scott Re: CP & waterslides

Be sure your shrink has been properly notified of all strange behavorial traits. Send all excess medication that is not effective to my home address. I will distribute all weaker dosages to the strange Northern Europeans who reside in the far north. They shake so bad they can not use thread for graphic adornment and resort to doing "shaky work" with dental picks in unset resin mixes.

Does that translate to "Putter gets some more M & M's?" Putter Williston, ND Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
