As long as everyone is applauding good customer service from some of the other fine sponsors here, let me add some kudos to Robert at FishSticks4U. Over the past several months, I've placed a number of orders with him and every one of them has been processed quickly and I've received what I ordered just a few days later. After placing my first order through their website, Robert called me to let me know the availability of everything I was ordering and also asked me if I had ever tried Rice thread. Since I had not he sent me a spool of Gold metallic to try. Robert has always been very helpful and has earned my repeat business for Amtak, Batson and Rice products

I will second that. I was in the market for a power wrapper and Robert at FishSticks4U worked with me for a week while I asked questions by email. Back and forth until not only I but also he was satisfied I knew what I wanted and what I was getting. He then followed up to make sure I had gotten it, and then even later that I was satisfied with it (which I am). Since then I've ordered blanks and components from them and have gotten the same friendly and careful service that really focussed on my complete satisfaction. I will stay with them, especially since the Batson blanks are good ones.

Well Gerry and Tom, or should I say Tom and Gerry.
You think you got service from Robert, I bought a 3 piece Rainshadow travel blank, he phoned me downunder to tell me there would be a delay. He must have spent all the profit on the blank ringing me. He has kept me informed with emails from day one. Fishstick4u will be getting my return service thats for sure. Thanks Robert.

Robert is a straight shooter in my book. I also like some of the Rice threads he has. Thanks Jim

Been there, done that. Literally.

Robert and Ray offer service well beyond the call of online "supply and demand." At first I placed an obvious beginner's order with them (yes, I'm a newbie), and Robert called to clarify my order, offered advice, and suggested ways to save a buck as I learn my way into this new hobby.

Then, since I live nearby, they suggested I stop by the shop sometime. Long story short, I did and ended up having breakfast with Robert and Ray and then spending a few wonderful hours shopping and learning from them. Great stuff!

Add my voice and vote to the great service/satisfied FishSticks customer list. And thanks, Ray, for the rod finishing pointers. That American flag wrap is killer.
