I have some of it and did a marble job with it last week. I put decals on the marbling and then a clear coat of the Rod Smith over the top again. I was happy with it. It leveled well and seemed somewhere between a light finish and a high build.

I've used it and like it. Much like LS Supreme, a little higher build, excellent clarity and bubble-release properties. I've been using a thin coat of LS to seal the thread and fill the tunnels, then a coat of rodsmith to finish. works great for me for a low build finish.

I like it very much. Decent pot-life and no bubble problems. So far no "yellowing" .

I like it also very good finish. Have used Rod Smith since it first came out no problems so far.

I purchased and tested RodSmith finish, but never used it on a fishing rod. My tests indicated to me that the finish arrived at a tack free finish quicker than the other finishes I had tried. I also found that RodSmith finish cured to a very hard finish, where the others I used remained more flexible. In justified in my mind that a more flexible finish may resist cracking better in the long run.
