I'm planning to do my first spey rod & need some info on converting snake guide sizes to single foot guide equivalents. All the spacing charts I've found have given snake sizes. Anyone with experience/advise here?

If you're talking about single foot wire guides, the sizing is the same. If you're talking about ceramics, the Batson catalog lists the ID of single foot wire guides as well as ceramics. Re: Snake to single foot guide conversion
