Bob at Hook and Hackle

Although I have not seen it much on this site, too often people overlook or do not comment on good service, but are fast to post negative comments. I just wanted to let everyone know of my positive experiences with Bob at Hook and Hackle.
Being new to rodbuilding, and buying quality blanks and components, I want to make sure I get everything correct. Both prior to ordering and since I have received my items, Bob has been extremely helpful both on the phone and through email. Just tonight between 8:30 and 9:15 PM, I have emailed him three times hoping for a response sometime tomorrow. Bob has answered my questions, almost instantly, all three times. I couln't ask for better service, and will purchase from him in the future, as I see already that this wont be my last rod.

Also a quick thanks to John from Rocky Mountain who was extremely helpful when I posted previous questions here on this board. I will also consider RM in the future.

I agree totally with Gary. My first two rods were from Bob and I love them both. I've also order lots of fly tying supplies from Bob and have always had excellent service.
