Weaving with Madeira polyneon ??

I can't believe I'm getting back into this,but, is anybody using Madeira polyneon for weaving/color change weaving ? How's it working out ?
I also saw some sulky polyesters this past weekend at Joann's ..a TON of colors there ,too.... THX !!! Re: Weaving with Madeira polyneon ??

Harv, I'm just finishing my second weave, then I'm going to try some mettler thread very similar to Madeira I will let you know, how I go. My last try with Madeira I got some fish eyes, which I have never had before, everyone told me I would get some one day, but they were easily fixed.

Harv,
I just finished a dragon weave using Madeira polyneon #40. It is on the photo board in thread art. It is a dream to work with, and is very strong. With all the tightening I had to do over the hours of work, it did not fray or break and ended up looking and feeling like it was new. You have to use cp (clear) before the finish. Jim Upton has been using it for some time and that's how I got started. Try it, you will like it. Sanford Re: Weaving with Madeira polyneon ??
