Depending on the room temp , it could take as long as 12 to 14 hrs . In 70 deg temps the FC I use is tac free in 10 , but it doesn't fully cure for 48 hours or so (my experiences) . If it is still tacky after 24 hrs , mix another batch , and re-coat . Make sure you have measured and mixed the epoxy carefuly , do not use it right out of the mixing container , but pour it on to a piece of tin foil so get rid of bubbles . Your applicator can also come into unmixed epoxy parts on the side of the mixing container , thus giving "tacky" spots in a finish .
Have fun , JHD
