30 lb. Class Trolling Rod

I need guidance on the following, I'm building my first salt water trolling rod. It'll be light duty, mainly Spanish Mackerel and the occasional summer King.

Need help on:

1) What is a good 6.5-7 foot 30 lb. class blank
2) What brand and line of guides to use and what size
3) What reel seat to use

I figured I would use 12 or 14 inches of hypalon for the butt and a 4-6 inch foregrip. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

1) Seeker CLB 704

2) Fuji NSG guides are perfect. 20,16,12,10,8,8,8,8,8,8tip (need lots of guides near the tip)

3) Fuji heavy duty graphite size 22

I'd also look closely at the CalStar 660 series and focus on the L model..
Stuart Tuff butt (full unit with tube and swagged seat)'' 14" foam foregrip.
Spiral wrap that with American Tackle BGSG 20 16 16, 12, 12, 10 and a tip
and you're in business. You can also subsitute an All American Roller for the
first guide and the tip top in black frame / gold rollers if you want.
Easy construction and nice peformance.
