I've been looking at the 10' XH Jig Style Seeker Blanks, more specifically, the SSJ100H, and SSJ100XH blanks. On the last model, I haven't been able to find the butt diameter or tip size, even on the Seeker website. I was wondering about what the weight ratings would be. I can't find them anywhere. I would be using 'em for heaving, probably 16+ ozs total, so they got to have a stout tip. I was a little worried about the tip size on the 100H, because it is only a 9. Doesn't seem like it has too much grunt. Anybody have any say in this. Also if these blanks are not ideal for this purpose, could you recommend any others in the $100 price range?
Thanks for your help, -Phillip Re: Seeker Rod Blanks

You could always get an Ulua93H, 9'3", 30(40)60, size#14 tip and get the Ulua5' extention. Re: Seeker Rod Blanks

I'm in Texas. I emailed Seeker a week or two ago, and still haven't heard back. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
