I'm Back!

The 3 day vacation was a success and I am back and paying dearly for the time off!
Actually, I had a great time and it was very relaxing. We had sun every day and although we had very low water conditions, we saw lots of fish and in three days of fishing I landed 11 beautiful bright steelhead!
Due to the low water and spooky fish, I could not fly fish (my line slapping casting method was to noisy!).
I just wanted to share with the spin fishermen that before leaving, I made up one of our FT1006-4 10'0" blanks into a longcast spin/float rod and it worked fantastically! As a matter of fact, the rod was such a success that the guide asked if he could have it at the end of our trip!
Anyway, thanks to all of you who were or are waiting for orders and thanks for understanding that I needed the time away.
