I will be building an 11.6 ft spinning rod. The blank is extremely slow and will be used for Great lakes steelhead on 2lb line. I want all high frame guides including the tip top (did it before on a centerpin rod) Anyone have suggestions? I dont need the fuji gold cermet guides but would like a rather nice set
Thanks
Kyle

For that noodle rod you might want to look at the new Amtak titan guides....
I have a 10'6" noodle for bobber fishing w/4# test over here in WA for steelies.
Just stripped it down and plan to use these hi-frame guides in the re-build.

Kyle,
If you want some color might look at the new Forecast LTCM guides, they have been around for many years, but not in these color choices. Have been used on light steelie rods for many years. They go down to size 4 rings, so they are pretty light.
The guide sizes depend on the reel you're using, all is explained in the Library section above in the concept guide primer.
