Finally got my Custom Thread Art book in the other day. I'm in the process of laying out the threads for #25 ("spider") wrap. My question is this: I wrapped the center threads first, then the box. Do you alternate between wrapping "out" from the center, with "out" from the box? (e.g. total of four threads to the outside of the center cross, then move on to placing four threads to the outside of the layout box , then back to the cross, and then the box threads +1.) Or do you first complete filling in the box with the lighter thread and THEN biuld out from the box?
Hope this makes sense.... Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/13/2005 10:35AM by Joe Borawski. Re: Advice needed...butt wrap...HELP!!!

Joe, aleternate between the two. Go to each side of the center cross, the go to each side of the outer box...the next sequence...center, then outer box plus one.
