Martin Mohawk fly reel

I'm refinishing a fly rod for a friend and the reel that's on it is a Martin Mohawk - automatic. He wants me to go through it and fix it up also. I need a new foot for the reel, but I can't seem to find the Martin reel company on the internet. I know that it has to be there, but I can't seem to find it. If someone knows the web/internet address for them, I would appreciate it. Thanks. George Kuhn

Try www.martinfishing.com

If it is an older model automatic you might try looking on @#$%& there are 5 or 6 there. On the main page in the search box just type in, martin automatic fly reels, and it will take you right to them. About 50+ years ago I had a bamboo fly rod with a Martin automatic reel, wish I had kept it, thos were the good old days!!

George,
If you can't find one let me know. I have a couple of old automatics laying around the shop. You can have the parts if they work for you. Unk if they are Martin or not.

Martin is now owned by Zebco, so look on Zebco's website.
