western Pa. show???

I can't seem to come up with any info on the western Pa. show that has in the past been mentioned on this forum. The "flyfishingshow" website does not list one. I sent for a brochure on a Ft. Washington show but this one turns out to be in the Philadelphia area and does not show much promise for rodbuilders. Does anyone have any solid info for the western Pa. show???

The Ft. Washington show is the show discussed here earlier. There is a rod building "show" section being added, but almost zero advertising and marketing has been done for it. It's doubtful that many rod building vendors will be there, but keep an eye on the website there as the time gets closer. I'm sure some will sign on as the actual show date approaches.

Go to www.flyfishingshow.com and click on the Ft. Washington tab at the very top of the page. It's a dark teal color. Then you can go to the exhibitors list although unless I'm missing something there is not a single rod building manufacturer or dealer listed. Some rod building show.

I haven't heard anything about a western PA show. Where did you here this? Sort of a sparse area to have such a thing I think. Now there is one in Lexington KY but it's the same sort of deal. Only two rod building companies attending I think.

I believe there is a Western PA. CLUB which had at least one meeting I know about. MArk Crouse aka Munich Rod Man had a gathering at his place in West Virginia. Maybe tht is something you could consider attending? I'm not even sure if he is doing these anymore, but it can't hurt to look into it.
