Hello All,

I am a beginner and trying to build a multi rod drying unit. I am having a difficult time trying to find cushioned (soft) nylon or rubber wheels to use as rollers, such as the type on Flexcoats Rod Wrapper SW1. Anyone know of a dealer or hobby craft store that might have something I can use? I am rolling out of my mind trying to find this item!!

Thank you, all responses appreciated!!!

Ricardo

Lowes or Home Depot carry several sizes of rollers...just add o-rings. You can also purchase replacement rollers from Flexcoat or other brands.

I just looked at the terms, you can order less than 25.00 but they tack on an extra 5 bucks. Of course if you live in the country that Putter and I do (it was -27 when I got up this morning) hey, heres my 5 bucks, I'll stay home and have a beer where it is warm LOL....

In all honesty, I have not ordered from them, I had a book mark from a previous post on the board.... I was looking at these when I was thinking about building a wrapper. Look like they would be the ticket, I just ended up buying one......

Go to your local Goodwill, spend 5$ on a pair of rollerblades, clean up the wheels, and you have a pair 8 wheels most have excellent bearings although they are a bit wide they work great!
