Where are these error messages coming from? I used to only get them on long posts. Now there coming all the time. Frustrating!!!

Every time that I finish answering and hit "POST", it goes to a screen with an error message. I've copied and pasted this on previous posts on this topic. I hit the BACK button and it goes back to the answer that I typed in. (This is the point where some hit "POST" again and you see the double posts). Then I have to hit the BACK button again to go back to the original forum page.
9 out of 10 times, I look at the question that I've answered and there is my post.

You have an error in your SQL syntax near '1458' at line 1: DELETE FROM phorum_user_newflags WHERE user_id=157 AND forum_id=2LIMIT 1458
