This is a 6" fuji speed grip model#USH built around some components that are unknown to me. The blank is NOT a pushtrough. How do I find all of these items, or would I have to build this rod with substitue parts? If that is the case, who has them? Thanks guys!
Here is the link to the rod: [ctfisherman.com] Or you can follow my original post here: [www.ctfisherman.com]? Re: this is what i am trying to build...help please?

That is the old USH Fuji spin seat. You will have to look long and hard to find one of those!!
I don't know how you could build it with substitute parts because the seat is a molded two piece unit with the back threading onto the front piece. Re: this is what i am trying to build...help please?

Jann's Netcraft has what they call a concealed handle kit that you might be able to use with this. The only thing I can see about the one in the picture, it looks to be mounted on the blank with the long end of the handle towards the tip. The new handles have the short portion for the foregrip. The new ones would also be with the blank through the handle. I think Jann's has both their own handle assembly and the Fuji one in cork or EVA. St Croix also has a handle kit that is similar to these. Custom Tackle carries the Fuji reelseat parts so you could build up your own handle. They also carry cork or EVA parts to fit up onto the reelseat components. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 01/11/2005 08:37AM by Mike Sledden. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
