Raised decal

I just finished a rod with a fish decal on it. One edge of the decal has raised a little. Can I put another coat of flex coat on in hopes of building up enough finish to level out the area around the decal? I plan on putting flex coat on the entire but section to attempt to make everything even.

You may want to take a exsco knife annd trim the finish area then put a sight cut in the area of the raise and push it down. What well happen when you add another coat is it well build the rise higher
Good Raps Bob

Yup, just shave the lip (raised area)with an exacto and put another coat on it.
