Has anyone tried Rice brand thread yet?

I just got a spool of Rice brand thread from Fishsticks4u and am impressed with how this thread looks initially. It seems like it's a tighter made thread than other brands I've used, plus Fishsticks4u also gave a spool of gold metallic thread that looks to be a better metallic than I'm use to as well. This metallic thread that is twisted around the core doesn't seem to separate as easily as some other brands. The test trim wraps I made look a bit finer and neater than what I've ever made.

I'm going to throw some epoxy on #340 antique gold and see how it looks without CP. Has anyone used this yet and what are your comments? Thanks.

Good quality and tight twist but dull and uninteresting colors, In my opinion.

I have switched over due to problems with Gudebrod, works much better and did not use any color preserver. Will use it more often.

Metallics didn't hold up as well when used for weaving but otherwise very fine thread imo

I have used the varigated and have been impressed. It seems some of the other guys don't offer varigated in size A.
