Andy Snedden at Rodbuilder Supplies has carried Sage steelhead blanks for years, he should be able to help you. The HSR 9000 is one of my all time favorite blanks due to it's versatility. The 'Cadillac" of plug rods, in my opinion. A great casting rod, that makes a nice small stream drift rod. Makes a nice walleye rigging rod. I also caught lots of flats species fish on a spinning version years ago. Good for salmon steelhead to about 20 pounds in the faster waters of the Pacific Northwest, heavier fish are possible in the slower waters of the Midwest.
