I recently made my first purchase from Custom Tackle Supply. Due to some mis-communication, a minor problem developed in the transaction. Bob went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied with the service I got from CTS. I'll definitely do business with them again.

I agree. Bob is a class act. He TRULY is on his customers side and never let's you walk away disappointed. Bob is a great example of how a supplier should conduct their business.

I fourth the motion! In the service-related business that I work in, and from this BB, I have realized that "word of mouth" can be as strong, if not the strongest, of any means of advertising. Talking with Bob at Custom Tackle proved my point. As a beginning rod builder I really appreciate the helpful customer service and recommendations Bob provided on my first order. I fifth the motion!Ordered some thread and other stuff late one Sat. night.Not sure what I did wrong,but I had a LOT of duplications,mostly on the thread.Custom Tackle called Monday and asked if I really meant to order that much thread.I really appreciated this;lots of on-line stores would have just rung up the sale.Sure glad I didn't end up with a bucket-full of black Gudebrod!
