What is the best tool or way to shape foam Grips?Is it the same process as shaping cork? Re: shaping eva foam grips

Pretty much. I like to use drywall sanding screen, in either 60 or 80 grit followed by 150 and then 200. The coarse screen is best for the bulk of the actual shaping process. The screen allows material to pass through so you don't have the stuff clogging things up as often as it will with regular sandpaper. .............. Re: shaping eva foam grips

To remove a lot of material quick, such as with square blocks of EVA, you can't beat a Stanley Sur-Form file. You do need to watch that you don't take off to much as it works real fast. I get it close to size then finish with dry wall screen. Works on cork also. Mike Re: shaping eva foam grips
