I had posted a few days back about a damaged rod blank that I recieved. I just wanted to give an update.

I had ordered a blank (low cost) from one of the sponsers listed, and it was not protected during shipment thus it was banged up pretty good when I recieved it.

I had emailed them about this problem, and my e-mails were answered promptly. I recieved a replacement for the blank at no charge, and the rod was wrapped very securly this time NO DAMAGE.

I had also turned in two orders at the same time (online) and it was all shipped together to save shipping costs (their call). The only problem with my order was that they were out of the tips that I requested, and Lynn called me to explain this and see if I wanted a substituition, or to delete this item.

I am very pleased with the way this turned out, and am glad that I did not use any of the "internet bubba specials" that I came across, but went with a reccomended sponsor.
