At this time I am limited on parts catalogs, I am trying mostly on line but a catalog in front of you is much better, My question is where are the best or places to maybe purchase blanks, guides, reel seats etc. Janns netcraft, I like, but have to disable my security and antivirus to get it to work, they say they are having problems but that don't help me if I get a bug or something. any other suggestions would be most welcome. Working on my first rod, a 7' rod for trolling and I have the fever bad. Re: parts purchase, suggestions

MudHole has a very clean, new website --- as do 99% of the sponsors of the board. From time to time everyone has some "internet interaction issues" Re: parts purchase, suggestions

thanks ken and capt. ray, Ken, I use mudhole and like their service, I like knowing more than one or two suppliers, the problem with jannsnetcraft according to the service dept. is not a one time thing, I got the impression its been going on and they don't act as if they are in a hurry to fix it. I will say I like their catalog and dealing with them, its the internet security issue that worries me. I have business software for my company and info for a large home owners assn. on their as well, last thing I need is a problem. thanks for your help, and as I get more into this I am sure I will be asking for more advice. its nice having someplace to get info from, hopefully the day will come I can contribute as well as recieve. Jim, I have trouble with Jann's when I use Netscape. When I use IE the problems go away and I can order from them with no hassles. Have you tried a different browser? It was Scott at Jann's who suggested I use IE and I've had no further problems. Re: parts purchase, suggestions

Jim, thanks for suggestion, the minute I read it I tried IE and same thing happens, it opens part of the site but I can't order, e-mail or anything, hopefully they fix it, it may be on my end but disabling internet security and antivirus protection is the only way I can order from them. thanks: Re: parts purchase, suggestions
