I have made several orders from your company, and yet to have recieved a hard copy of your catalog. Is that something I have to request separetly or do you charge for it.

We are always happy to send you our catalog, however, due to popular demand we ran out of them some time ago. As stated above, the new catalogs are at the printer now and will be in our customers mail boxes the week of the 22nd. If you have requested one online or have placed an order with us, your name is on file and you will be receiving one.

If you just can't wait for the hard copy, we will make a post here as soon as we have the PDF version available online (but we are trying to get all the new items into our system right now and do not want to post the PDF before we are ready to handle your order).
