Nitro Rod Blanks

I was wondering if anyone is famliar with the Nitro graphite rod blanks? What percentage of it is graphite and how much of it is fiber glass? Also what is the feel of the rod like? I currently have 2 All-Star Heavy 13ft rods. I use them for baitcasting and Hawaii style slide baiting. They are the completely fiber glass. They feel like the old Fenwick 16810 blanks. I am interested in the Nitro rod because the blank is only $80 for the heavy model. Is that worth it? Is it so cheap because most of it fiberglass? Most guys in Hawaii are using either All Star or the Outcast blanks, but both of those are now out of my price range. They start at about $130.
