You have several options. Any of the liquid slow-cure epoxies, Rod Bond, or even some of the woodworking carpenter's glues will work just fine (don't use this latter catagoery for gluing the handle/grip to the blank however). I use Flex Coat Rod Builder's Expoxy and have good results. No visible glue lines. Rod Bond gives similar results and is less messy, although in use you will coat each surface and then scrape it back off (you can't get all of it off - the remainder bonds) with a spatula or stir stick, before clamping. The woodworking glues are handled pretty much like the liquid epoxies. Make sure you get the mating surfaces coated well and have some means of clamping the rings under moderate pressure to bring all surfaces into good contact. ...................... Re: glue

I find Pastic Resin Glue works great for cork rings. Doesn't leave any hard rings and cleans up with water. Needs good pressure during curing. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
