I was contacted by a customer to replace the tip-top on his intraline rod. This was after explaining to this individual that if he ever has to replace the tip-top he would probably be on his own. Well, he broke it and now wants it fixed. I can't in all good faith not try to help him. Any help on where or who would have replacement tip-tops? Re: tip-top for intraline rod

Bruce, I'm not sure, but I believe the tip is part of the integral part of the rod design. Remove this, and probably difficult to replace for the rod to function as new? The design on these takes into account the intenal structure and thus function. I am guessing this is a Daiwa interline rod product, and best to approach the manufacturer. As a vendor of rod components, we don't stock such parts and I'm pretty sure they aren't readily available elsewhere. hope this helps.
