Anyone heard from Bingham Enterprises lately

I sent a fax order in last Thursday to Bingham and have not heard word back yet. I also sent an email because I forgot a couple of items and needed to add them to the order.

Has anyone talked to Karen lately?

I am serious need of some Fuji blank exposed reel seats to get a large order completed :(

She called me this morning concerning a new ad for the magazine. I do know they were caught in that ice storm a week or so ago and were without power for something like 10 days.

To all of you who were unable to reach me by phone, fax or e-mail for a period of several days from Jan.29th to just a few days ago we were without power or phone service due to a severe ice storm that hit the Kansas City area. I am back on the job and getting all of you taken care of as fast as possible.
Many thanks for your continued patronage and understanding!

In response to the question about Bingham I have to add that her service is wonderful and shipping is super fast. I have only but the best things to say about Bingham and encourage others to buy from there as well. One other note is the pricing is very competitive and sometimes they are the best. I ordered a few Rainshadow blanks and had them within a few days. Thanks Karen and I look forward to future business. P.S. sorry the storm knocked out your power. David A Tomasch

The mistery is solved, as it turned out they had the worst ice storm in their history from what I understand. Karen was able to reach me today, and my order is squared away.

I heard a lot of good things about Bingham before I placed my first order with them, and knew there had to be something going on that was causing the delay in response. Hence the reason for the message.

Karen, thanks for the speedy reply and just got an email from fedex letting me know you shipped an order. Now that's service.
