They're apparantly available in the UK and Conoflex UK is apparantly using them on their fishing and tournament rods both multiplier and fixed spool. After talking with Don Morton and Billy40 about the spiral wrap butt guide placement I've come to the conclusion that when they say use four guides for the transition from top to bottom and place those guides before the bend in the rod that they mean before the bend of the particular action of that rod. You retailers need to convince Lamiglass to have a brief price reduction of the their Perigee and titanium IM700 blanks. I think if you can coax (bait?) people to try these extremely nice blanks, they will be back for more.
