Hello .
Thanks .
Those are the two that i have used .(I may have a plumbing problem? ;)
I think they are the sole distributor of some Micto Tiptop rings.
So I'll try again.

Hello .
Thank you to you tenfold.
Thus,i understand that it is possible. It suffices to know the limits.
->Beeing careful with storage.
-> When putting the lure on the hook keeper , too.
-> Choosing guide not to vertical , to avoid line rubbing .
-> Prefering a Titanium frame .

Hello .
I know some have tried it .
I have Fuji micro in size 3 , and i would like to give a try with this option .
It's for a spinning blank , MHX CB845 with top size 5" . ( Micro guide Fuji size3, using braid up to 10LB , no leader )
I think a T-KTSG size 3.5 has a too short foot .So i am looking for a small single guide with a longer foot .
Maybe with the LSG serie , foot is

Hello .
I have the PMCST (Silicon Carbide Micro Tops) ring size 4,5 . (With a tube 5/64 , on weight 0.2g)
With the T-KTSG size 4 and 3,5 , i think it match . So i will try to split one , to fit it to a 7.5'' top.
But with the T-KTSG size 3 , perhaps a single guide might be acceptable?
Thanks .

Hello .
Thank Bill for your help .
Last summer , I choosed the LDBSG #4, instead the T-KTSG#4 because at that time , I was not very convinced of their strength or their effectiveness against the wind knot.
Now I think the T-KTSG # 4 would do the job . And they are lighter .T-KTSG#4 = 0.05g / LDBSG #4=0.093g
Well , i've several order to make , and i will have all those guide in my hand

Thank you .
Roger , yes the third option exists indeed .I know that some are doing it very well.
I think it would be sad to use such a big and heavy top with such micro rings ( #3 and #3,5)
I think it is worthwhile to seek a better solution yet. But a solution that is up to the task .
Mike. Yes, That's what I think . And it would be hefty . But heavier ?
John , the option 2 , this w

Hello .
I've got 2 MHX that need Micro Top, but with tube 6,5" and 7,5" .
I think Acid Rod could provide the 6,5" (SIC Ring Stainless Tops - Black Finish Flanged & Braced Frame with Deep Pressed Rings)
But for the 7,5" , is there any Micro top available ? ( Braced Frame )
Option 1 : Splitting a 7,5" tube ? And wrap it ?
Option 2: Wrapping a single gu

Hello .
Thank you Roger .
I believe the k serie guide would be helpfull for me , as i am building light spinning rod , and will use very ligth braid ( very limp and expensive too , as the japanese 8 strand braid / )
I have the LBD Fuji #5 , and they work very well (The shape is effective and nice )! So I also bought the LBD Fuji #4 , wich are the smallest . (But heavier that the LSG #4

Hello .
I read a few month ago something about the Fuji K serie , those K would be heavier than the "classic " Fuji ....
Well, I guess it has to do with the frame...
So what about the smaller T-KTSG #4 versus T-LSG #4 ? ......................( T-LSG #4 weight 0.0518 gramm = 0.001827 OZ =0.799 grain)
By the way are the T-KTSG #3.5 only available in Japan ? ...... ( Hi

Hello .
Well , I have indeed contacted dealers, one month ago..
And I have received responses, but despite my question ,nothing regarding the micro Baston with special material ring .( zirconium or SIC )
The only answer I learned that there was not enough demand on these rings and then they could not provide me (which I understand perfectly that matter)
I order since some years abroad

Hello .
I have not yet succeeded in finding these rings , Batson micro guides with zirconium rings or SIC ring , size 3 (and 2.5) .
Only see the size 4 with gold zirconium ... I want to find even smaller than 4.
I have not had a positive response? But are they still available?
If not , then i would take the "classic ring material " .
Thank for your help .

Hello .
With Micro guide , I was thinking that the smallest would be the best !
And then ,I also read some news, which allows me to understand that too small, will reduce the casting distance . ...
Now for exemple with the MHX L904 ( 7'6" - 3/8-1 5/8 mod-fast) with Power pro 20lb ( may be 30lb ) , no leader , i will cast soft swimbait up to 2 1/2 oz : running guide Fuji

It is indeed a legitimate question.
Sic or alconite ? Titanium frame or steel ? Fuji or an other brand ? Etc...
Difficult to be objectiv, for me .lol
Since i'm building my custom rod , I have decided to choose the best ( every time my budjet allows me )
And in my area , all the best rod have sic , so ...
Mike , you have been using it with 65lb braid, this is a thick braid . And i'

Thank Steve and Scott .
So MKSG are "too soft".
It is a pity that Baston does not make the micro with sic ! May be next year ?
So if i want sic ring , i have to get the Fuji KT ( T-KTSG and EKTSG ) or Fuji T-LSG and LSG in 3.5 ring , but it a way more expensive ...
Such is life !

Hello .
Thank for your comment .
Reshape the long one might be an option too , but only for the IPS16 . Only Matagi and may be Richard cake , can supply EVA for VSS .
The problem is ordering from Matagi is more expensive than ordering from USA ...
Richard , i send you an email :)
