Hey David: Have you tried rubber tourniquets? These work great. The 1 x 18 in can be cut down to the size you need and they are cheap.Hopes this helps.

Just got back from Mudhole on Saturday. Went down early to beat the crowds! The new MHX blanks are really nice and the new ProLine thread colors are fantastic. Came back with a bunch but as luck would have it, I'm going to have to go back to the candy store on the 9th. Didn't have enough room in the car!

How many of you guys use a questionnaire? When I was building one or two rods a month It wasn't a problem,but now that am retired and building a lot more rods its hard to kept things from getting mixed up.(It's a real pain when you put the wrong guides on a blank.) If any of you have examples of what you use that you would share it would be of great help in getting me started .Thanks!

Can anyone give me a heads up about where you can get small (.250) ID EVA stock.My stock that i use for small OD blanks is getting very low.
