Ended up going with a CTS Affinity MX in 11' 3wt. configuration. I prefer a slightly more moderate action, so it seemed like the best fit for me. Will update on how it performs once built.

I expect I'll use it with an indicator or for jigging small streamers from time to time, so I think the 3 wt. is probably my best bet. Just want to make sure there's enough give in the tip to toss a mono rig and to absorb head shakes and protect light tippet.

I'm looking for feedback on blanks for euro nymphing. I recently went out with a guide and got to use a Thomas & Thomas contact II. It's a pretty sweet stick and I was wondering if anyone here has fished that and a CTS affinity X (11' 3 wt specifically) and compare the feel of them (which I'm aware is quite subjective). I've built on CTS before and really like them, so I'll take any feedback
