The fun does't stop when fishing the Elliott S 7'3” ML-F blank . I fished this rod on a recent multi-specie day. I fished this rod with mono using a 1/8 ounce jig and 5 inch grub most of the time and I love the casting distance and the long sweep on hooksets. During low light periods the 7'3” ML doubled as a top water rod and man can this rod sling a Skitterpop a long ways! That extra distance is

Most use the Elliott 7' 1” M-XF as a drop shot rod or jigging rod and it excels in those two tactics! I can tell you first hand that this blank can handle big fish in cover and tackle deep water fish using a drop shot. I love using the Elliott 7'1” M-XF as a twitching and dock skipping rod too. The reason I like it as a dock rod is: I personally like spinning rods for a dock rod...I'm just more

The Elliott 7 foot all-purpose MF can be used as a casting rod or a spinning rod. Since the season began in Wisconsin I have been using this rod for many chores. I use a casting configuration fishing crankbaits and spinnerbaits. The blank excels at twitching plastics. And as of late I have been using this rod to catch bass with a 3 winged buzz bait! This blank is simply a perfect choice as a mul

Both my son and I have enjoyed fishing the Elliott SJ 610 ML XF extensively this season using it mostly as a jigging rod. I have caught fish ranging from less than a pound to pike over 40 inches. I can't say enough about this rod blank. It's got the speed, power and response that a fella needs from his main jigging stick. Built up with a 13” Syncork Tennesee handle and SeaGuide TIYGSLSG Titaniu

Rich you could also consider Syncork. It's lighter than organic cork and an excellent option IMHO. You can see it here:

Ice fishing lakers! One of my favorite things to do on this great planet! Add to that the Tennessee handle and what a match! I fish nothing but Tennessee on all my ice spinning gear. Long handle and a long rod. Longer rod more sweep for better hook sets IMHO. Go Tennessee!

Gregg has come up with a really cool design for spinning reel seats. We call it the “Hidden Boot Comfort Seat”. We've made a video to demonstrate. - seat-design/. The “Hidden Boot” is a very comfortable option for spinning rods.

I think if you try Syncork on a handle you will really like it. It's easy to work with and feels great in the hand.

Syncork is a plastic material made in the USA. Syncork is lighter and denser than natural cork, while providing the ability, depending on how it’s shaped, to leave different surface textures, from silky smooth for a refined feel in hand to a rougher surface for a more comfortable and secure grip, even with wet, cold hands. It provides a range of finishing options that can’t be accomplished with o
