I finished my third rod last Wed. and let it dry for 2 days. The finish seemed to be dry but soft. I was out of town over the 4th weekend and checked the rod Sunday. I am in the middle of my third build. Last night I opened new bottles of the epoxy to seal the guides using ProKote epoxy. When I opened the blue container it looked like it had crystalized and the top was sealed with epoxy.
