Norman is correct... they will both hold up to braid fine. The Nanolite is a harder ceramic and for the little cost difference a lot of builder choose to go with the harder material... inexpensive piece of mind.

Who have you been trying to email at American Tackle?
You can buy the 3mm running guides separately from any of our retailers. The stripper and transition guides are only sold as part of a system with the 5mm running guides.
We sell them as a system because after many years of r&d the system works best as is.

David... You will need some extra running guides for a 13-6 rod....
For the MicroWave 50 set we are still working on instructions to go with them but I have a range for the 3 guides closest to the reel to get you started.

Icrbe is all wrapped up. It was a great show and stayed busy all the time. Thank you everyone who came by the AT booth.
Everyone enjoyed fighting tuna on the hook up and the new RodWrapz were a huge hit. Some lucky folks wee able to pick up some of the limited edition MicroWave guides and will be building some rods that are 1 of 25.
We are looking forward to 2018!!!!

Check out the Bushido Fly Blanks.... I have a lot of great feedback saying customers are choosing them over some of the high priced blanks on feel alone....
