Woo Donald, thats awesome info. Thank you so much. I used the SS caps about 20 years ago, it did not cross my mind to use one for this next build. I did call Lamiglas, and they were suner helpful. Thank you so much again, I keep coming up with more questions, and the people in this forum have been awesome. Thanks to all you folks.

Hello All,
I am sure this question has come up before. Is the Visual Wrap software and book worth it? Are their a lot of patterns? is it old school patterns? Any feed back would be great, pro's cons. I feel as if I'm doing great with simple diamond wraps, but wanting to learn more. Thank in advance for all your help.

Not having much luck, I wish I had the time to do some practice on blanks to see first hand, but with my new job it nuts and I travel a lot and just don't have the bench time. So i

After all the great info I received on my grip post, im in need of some more feed back like that.
I am wanting to make my own color preserver, and have some questions.
Is it really just Elmers glue and water?
if so, what is the ratio of the mix?
Is their anything else that needs to be mixed in it?
Is it even worth making myself or should I just buy it?
And if I should just buy it, whats

Hello gents,

My question is, if I am building a 7' spinning rod is their a standard length for the fore grip, of is it a matter of preferences for the individual?
Thanks in advance.
