when sighning a rod I alwasys mess it up one way or another and was wondering if I could write on a peice of water slide paper let it set then cut and transfer it to the blank. I want the hand writing look but a little neater than what I can put on the blank. if this want work please let me know

jay thanks for the explanation it is almost the way i do it except for the card i will try that. on these guides your right about the try leg but that is the longer of the two feet. this is were my problem comes in and i think its just wich method or look i want to go with the ring is not in the center of the guide. were does the center wrap belong under the ring or center of the wrap. both w

the last rod we did had the same problem it wasnt bubbles is was the solids in the flex coat. that is why you cant pop them looks the same. warm and cool the flex coat in water or microwave. you do the but first and thats when 99% of the particles get picked up and put on the rod. this is just a sujestion because i spent days trieng to get read of bubbles too. If your possitive its bubbles

Im wrapping guides on a trolling rod I want an under wrap that has a center band and im having trouble figuring out the lengths for each part. Im using fugi bhnng guides one foot is a little longer than the other and the ring is not in the center of the guide. Ive wraped it several ways tring to make things equal and come back to the point of making my reveals the same and every thing else wil

Thats the only thing I think could have been differnt . Iused a ncp for weave threads and c ncp for the wrap. this should have helped stretch out the pattern not compressed it right?

I did a smple weave a couple of days ago and it looked good went to do it on a rod and it came out short almost squashed lookeing. I used the same pattern. and same thread as before is it is shorter and thinner than before. is it possible to pack to tight or have to much tension on thread? When trying to tighten up at the end I got almost no movement and broke a thread inside the pattern? A

I just made a weave that I like but didnt notice ive been working with the picture facing the wrong way. I did a test wrap trying to work from the bottom of my left list up. this came out allright but i made several mistakes and it was difficult to follow.
