All of the Shikäri blanks that I have in my shop have the blank model number hand written at the butt of the blank in a light silver script, plus a stamped blank model number.
All of mine have SJ702 hand wr

I was introduced to Karen @ Bingham Enterprises in 1990, Karen in all those years has bent over backwards for me on every order I have placed. I have had nothing but top shelf service from Karen. I recommend Bingham Enterprises to every rod builder I meet, and will continue to do so.
Thank You for 16 years of great service Karen....

I have been using the pumps for a long time (about 15 years) with no problems I get them from Karen @ Bingham Ent.. I replace them every couple of years. 13. Re: What Is It?
I thank you all for the replies,
He tried to hit me with that term a second time, but I was ready and told him to get it straight that the proper term would be, American Made High-Modulus/High-Strain Graphite.

14. What Is It?
Is there such a thing as American Strain Graphite? If there is , what is the difference between "American Strain Graphite" and imported?. I was asked this today and felt like I had been under a rock, because I don't know..
Thanks in advance...

Scott,
I have been using Denatured Alcohol for 10+ years of building. I get it at Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot. It has worked quite well for me in my alcohol burner also, I keep the wick very short for a cooler flame.
