Earlier I downloaded two photos showing a Forecast SH1082 rod stressed to the maximum on this fish. Shown here is the shark as well as the deckhand on our boat, Ryan Maas. He posed as he wanted a photo of the shark matching the tatoo he wears.

Long winter, and little supervision creates grips that now need blanks. 3 half wells or westerns, 1 full wells, 1 cigar, 1 reverse full wells (or fenwick) from left to right

The blank is flexed enough in the butt to hide the line between the reel and the stripper guide. A 125 lb. Salmon Shark mistakenly took a herring bait meant for a 15lb. Coho. Shark was landed and rod survived.
