Greg, This is a brand new blank! No one has one but me as they just got here from Washington Tuesday. The signature III blanks are moderate fast action, very light and usually match their line rating. I don't know if this is a true zero weight as how do you rate a zero? Anyway, it is lighter than the 7'0'" 1wt and while maybe just a little faster, I believe the tip is just a bit softer
