Here’s a side shot of which shows inlay of paduk, yellowheart and black veneer. I tied the same inlay into the reel seat of the rod.

This is a look at the bottom of the handle. I inlayed a Hex larva in flex coat high build. The epoxy inlays on this rod were clearly inspired by the work of Terry Henson. Thank you Terry for sharing your photos and information on this board. I have realized even more just how amazing your inlays are after giving this a try.

This is a photo of the top of a handle on a 6wt I just finished. Cocolobo and blue mahoe wood with yellowheart and black veneer accents. Inlayed a streamer using flex coat high build.

This is a size 12 panfish jig I epoxied into a rod handle. Will be used on a 6' light spinning rod. Still need to sand edges down and seal cork.
